What you'll do:

• Responsible for overall development, implementation and maintenance of Quality Assurance System, Process, Work Instruction (WI), Control Plan according to ISO 9001:2015; 14001; DOE, and JKKP Standards.
• Ensure quality of production tool set-up and the parts during in-process inspection meet customer / internal specifications.
• Train inspectors to ensure inspection methods are understood & complied with customer spec, for all production parts as per established in control plans.
• Ensure quality of delivered parts to customers are in spec and align outgoing inspection with quality plans.
• Knowledge of System Audit, Process Audit and Product Audit.
• Monitor & implementation of corrective/preventive actions for effectiveness and close CAR reports & CAR Log. Maintain records up to date.
• Problem Solving skills including root cause analysis and corrective, preventive actions.
• Participate in QMS / supplier audits and follow up closure of non-conformities.
• To develop and implementing quality control tests, inspecting products at various stages and writing reports documenting production issues.
• To carry out any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

About you:

• Diploma/ Degree in Engineering / Quality Management / Certified Quality Engineer (Preferable)
• Experience in field of Metal surface Finishing manufacturing
• Possessed good basic computer skills.
• Versed in ISO 9001/14001 documentation and experience in auditing skills.
• Knowledge on QA measuring equipment.
• Ability to multi-tasks and priorities on workload based on urgency.
• Good communication skill
